Where can I get care without leaving home?

Amwell Telehealth. Connect with a provider by phone or video — no driving to appointments, no waiting rooms. Includes primary care, non-emergency concerns, dermatology, lactation support, nutrition counseling, and behavioral health.
Best for: colds, rashes, minor illnesses, prescription refills or anything that doesn't need a hands-on exam.

How do I find a doctor for regular checkups or ongoing care?

Primary Care. See a provider virtually through Amwell, or in-person through the PHCS PPO Network.

Where do I go for something urgent but not an emergency?

Urgent Care. For things like a bad cough, a sprain, or a cut that might need stitches, head to a CVS MinuteClinic or an in-network urgent care facility.

How do I talk to someone about stress, anxiety, or mental health?

Mental Health. Talk to someone without waiting weeks. Behavioral health visits are shared through Amwell or BetterHelp virtually, or find an in-person provider through the PHCS PPO Network.

How do I get my prescriptions filled affordably?

Pharmacy. Fill prescriptions through CVS Caremark network pharmacies, or use our pharmacy discount program, Optum Perks. You can use one or the other, so check with your pharmacist on which saves you more.

Where do I go for lab work or imaging?

Lab Work & Imaging. Labs through Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics are eligible for sharing after a consult fee. Other laboratory services are shared 100% once your AMCS is met.
