Dr. Jacob DeWitt is a practicing direct primary care physician in Indianapolis and WeShare Health’s Chief Medical Officer. He’s active in the Indiana healthcare community – serving on the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s executive committee and named their 2027 Healthcare Honoree.
Together with WeShare Health, Dr. DeWitt is building a local primary care and care navigation model launching in Indiana soon, designed to make the member-to-provider experience work better for everyone.

Thomas Brown brings more than two decades of senior healthcare operations and network development experience – including VP and COO roles across large group practices, telemedicine providers, and physician staffing organizations. He understands how provider organizations work from the inside, and he’s on the ground in Indiana building the direct relationships that make WeShare Health’s provider model work.

WeShare Health pays fast, based on agreed and allowed amounts, with the Indiana average at 14 days. Direct contracting means direct payment, a dedicated contact, and a cleaner pre-authorization process. Contracted partners also receive referrals directly from our Indiana primary care team.

WeShare® membership is offered and administered by Unite Health Share Ministries™ (UHSM), a nonprofit, religious healthcare sharing ministry that facilitates member-to-member sharing of medical expenses. WeShare® is connected through partnerships to provide resources, community, and healthcare for all WeShare® members. Members should never have to pay cash up-front for services in-network, with the only payment incurred at the time of service being the per member, per visit, consultation fee, as outlined in the Membership Guidelines. All Sharing Members are responsible for their own medical expenses, less amounts paid from shared dollars.
