Dr. Jacob DeWitt is a practicing direct primary care physician in Indianapolis and WeShare Health’s Chief Medical Officer. He’s active in the Indiana healthcare community – serving on the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s executive committee and named their 2027 Healthcare Honoree.

Together with WeShare Health, Dr. DeWitt is building a local primary care and care navigation model launching in Indiana soon, designed to make the member-to-provider experience work better for everyone.
